About Us
MBA Lettings have been working in property management for the last ten years and opened new premises in the heart of Broomhill, Sheffield in June 2006.
Mark Bennett, a chartered surveyor, is the managing director of the business and has over 25 years experience of the Sheffield property market.
In addition to property management, Mark undertakes surveys and valuations for clients and leading lending institutions through sister company, M Bennett Associates Ltd.
MBA Lettings is a small company; we pride ourselves in offering a personal service to both landlords and tenants.
Our aim is to offer value for money service and accommodation and to treat the needs of landlords and tenants with the respect and commitment they deserve.
Many of our clients have been with us for years and at MBA, clients often become friends. Indeed, some of our clients have formally been our tenants!
Mark is always accessible and pro-active in addressing the often complex issues of property management.
Our Team
Maureen Wilson, Office Manager
Maureen has in depth expertise in handing the day-to-day problems of management and if you have any questions she is a good point of reference. Maureen is always happy to help and offer guidance.
Richard Taylor, Lettings Manager
Richard has many years experience in commercial project management and deals with repairs and refurbishments along with letting properties. He is also very good at building relationships and happy to call by any time for a chat, be it property or welfare.
